I am really happy with their service. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of home health care, and they take great care of my mother. They do their best to make sure she is comfortable in her home environment, while also providing the best possible care for her. They always keep me informed of any changes or concerns that may arise, so that I can be there for my mom when she needs me most. The thing that impressed me most about North Star Health Care was their willingness to listen to my concerns and ideas regarding my mother's health care, then incorporate them into their routine visits with her thus making sure that she gets exactly what she needs from them!

I recently started with North Star Health Care and I am very happy with them. They are kind and compassionate, they listen to you and they care about your needs. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they always have a smile on their face. The NDIS support workers are wonderful, they help me with all sorts of things like showering, dressing and getting dressed, cooking meals, cleaning the house and so much more! They also help me manage my diary and appointments so I don’t miss anything important. I would recommend this company to everyone because they are amazing!
